must-try spots in cabo san lucas, mexico
recently flew into cabo to visit my grandma + aunt !! haven’t been back since spring break in college — yikes. but was so nice to see it in a different light and try some of the newer restaurants. since I stayed with the fam I don’t have any hotel recs for you, but some amazing food and drink stops that are a must.
bar esquina
since I was working remotely most of my trip, bar esquina became my regular morning stop for coffee + wifi. vibes are stun, service was great, coffee + food were 10/10.
sur beach house
one of my top cabo picks !! perfect for any time of day and right on the beach. super chic decor, amazing margaritas (honestly hard to find a bag margarita in cabo), open air and all around good vibes.
the sand bar
right next door was the sand bar — very low-key vibes with very simple food, but amazing service and a perfect spot to dine on the beach during sunset.
the italian job
was craving some pasta after a week of tacos + guacamole — so yum! I had the bolognese + a wine I can’t remember but everything was so delish and I will absolutely be back. nice but not too upscale, open air dining.
salvatore g’s italian restaurant
another delightful italian spot with great reviews all around. food, wine, service, vibes — all of the above.
ediths
one of the top recommended restaurants + some pretty insane dishes. vibes are so fun + cute and perfect for a special occasion/fun night out.
the sunken bar @ the cape
chic !! another fun remote work spot for me. views were beyond incredible on top of the already stunning architecture and decor. the cape is a must stop !!
the rooftop @ the cape
after I wrapped up work for the day I popped up to the rooftop bar! was so vibey — dj playing, happy hour sunset, and again such chic decor + overall design. obsessed with the entire hotel + will 100p make a point to stay here next time I’m back.
a few spots i’d love to try next trip —
el huerto farm to table — a few people recommended this and i’d love to try for brunch!
cocina del mar at esperanza resort — one of my favorite ig gals @kelsey_diprima recommended this! will basically do anything she says. views + food look 10/10.
a few hotels that have been highly recommended by others —
the cape, a thompson hotel
the viceroy
esperanza by auberge resorts (honestly anything by auberge will not let you down)
